Kuno Wildlife
Carnivores and herbivores sharing the Kuno landscape.
Kuno's mammal list runs well beyond its headline cats. Indian wolves and striped hyenas move through the same grasslands as the cheetah; sloth bears favour the denser, rockier forest.
Herbivores — chital, sambar, chinkara and nilgai — form the prey base that makes the whole ecosystem viable, and are usually the most consistent sightings on any safari drive.
A Wildlife Safari (see Experiences) is built specifically to cover this broader mammal picture rather than focusing on one species.
Carnivores: Indian wolf, striped hyena, sloth bear, leopard, cheetah
Herbivores: chital, sambar, chinkara, nilgai
