Kuno Wildlife

Tigers

An occasional big-cat presence, not a guaranteed sighting.

Kuno is best known for cheetahs and leopards, but tigers have been recorded in and around the park as the wider Central Indian landscape connects to it. They are visitors and wanderers here more than a dense resident population.

That makes a tiger sighting in Kuno a rare bonus rather than something to plan a trip around. If tigers are your priority, a park with an established tiger population is the better primary choice, and Kuno works well as a second stop.

Our Kuno 3 Big Cats Safari pairs Kuno with Madhav National Park to widen the big-cat picture. We'll always tell you plainly what is realistic before you book.
